  My husband and I stopped in a week ago, looking for a recliner..specifically for him. He is a big boy (6'8", 300#) and it is not easy to find just the right style of chair for him. We had looked at other furniture stores in the area and several in Springfield, MO..but, we just had not seen what we were wanting. After reading many reviews, I told my husband that we should stop in and see what was available. I am a "discerning consumer" (that really means fairly picky and cost conscious) and fairly critical - but FFO won me over! We were greeted by Javier and what a wealth of knowledge he was! We were impressed that he showed us all sorts of chairs for every budget and was very knowledgeable about the fabric and fabric care, construction of the furniture and potential longevity of the product. After finding the perfect recliner for my husband..I found the perfect living room set! Again, Javier was there to learn about our lifestyle and make recommendations in accordance to our needs. There was not any high pressure sell tactics or stress while looking..it was all quite pleasant. I did not feel hurried to make a decision or swayed at any particular dollar level. I gave Javier a 2 week window for delivery and I received it the next day...right on time. Delivery was very smooth and everything was set up and functional in a very timely manner. I WILL be going back here again for more purchases and look forward to dealing with Javier, again. I am a 'happy Aimee'! :)

  Feel like I'm in a episode of the twilight zone reading all these 5 star reviews! I I was followed, with no introduction. Asked personal questions. Having nothing to do with my wanting to purchase a piece of furniture. And wasn't aloud any time for me and my girlfriend to even try anything out. Or discuss amongst ourselves any possible purchases. Because the sales people were so on our heels and in our face. "No pressure"! Don't waste your time
