  This is one of my favorite stores in the mall, great selection of shoes in joplin, the only problem is the manager there!! this dudes on steroids is mean.... i always try to buy stuff from other employees... i was there this weekend and a customer was trying to return some shoes and he started screamin saying they dont give money back, when the customer had bought the shoes the same day!! he was screamin and ingnoring the customer i just wanted to punch him in the face..... hes rude, hes on steroids, bad customer service.... be carefull he will not give you money back on returns!!! bad manager, dont know how hes still working there..??
