  The shopping experience was good. I am a disabled man, due to a workplace injury. I had my girlfriend to go in and take a look at prices. Which seemed decent enough at the time. So we purchased a queen size because we thought a king was to big. They delivered no problem everything was great, but mattress made noises like old spring type. So still new in plastic about 8 hours after delivery. I call the next morning. To explain my dilemma, then to my shock and surprise. He said abruptly "NO" and I tell him we hadn't removed the plastic. We wanted to upgrade to a king size and also something more firmer and quieter. He still said no, we even offered to pay for delivery. Which by the way was free, they still wouldn't do anything to help satisfy a customer. So all I am saying is Mattress Depot satisfaction goes a long way, in terms of, word of mouth.
