I cannot believe the way I was spoken to and want to speak with someone in higher management about training these guys properly on customer service let alone doing their job correctly. If the owner was wise he would contact me about these regards. Never will I deal with this company again after today's treatment and still cant use one of the 3 appliances I purchased due to a weekend wait to get this matter resolved if I'm lucky Monday. Then to top the whole experience off the delivery man charged me $25 for what I'm still trying to understand I am so blown away with the customer service just sickened
